Ingredients
- 3-4 pasture-raised chicken breasts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Step 1 1. Place chicken breast at bottom of crockpot.
- Step 2 2. Add in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and broth.
- Step 3 3. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 hours.
- Step 4 4. Once time is up, use tongs to shred the chicken in the crock pot.
- Step 5 5. Once all is shredded, strain the chicken and let cool in a colander.
- Step 6 6. Can be stored in a sealed container and refrigerated for 3-4 days.
