Hi! I’m Ashelii, a Holistic Nutritionist now based in Miami. HKHL (HealthyKitchenHappyLife) sprouted from my Autoimmune diagnosis in 2014. This difficult, painful and very confusing phase of my life, is what I’d refer to as my “blessing in disguise” and “wake up call”. Through my healing journey, I found my passion for wholesome wellness, functional medicine, and helping others. My goal is to provide useful and practical wellness information for improving and reclaiming health.

I initially hold a Professional Bachelors degree in Architecture. But since my diagnosis, I’ve obtained a number of certifications in efforts to add to my toolbox of knowledge. I’m certified as a Holistic Nutritionist, Autoimmune Paleo Coach, Integrative Wellness & Life Coach, and a certified ELDOA 1 & 2 Practitioner.

Ashelii also operates an Integrative Wellness Education company known as Soma Educational Group. host Integrative Wellness Seminars with world-renown practitioners from all over the globe. SEG’s primary goal is to bring forth the most valuable information/training that exists within the health & wellness industry, via workshops, seminars, and fellowship programs. Seminars provided through Soma Educational Group include but are not limited to Manual Osteopathic Program, ELDOA Certification Courses, Detox & Nutrition seminars.
