Ingredients
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 4 whole Anchovy Filets
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- Step 1 1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil into a food processor.
- Step 2 2. Once all ingredients are combined, add in olive oil and blend.
- Step 3 Store in fridge for up to one week.
