Ingredients
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sea salt
Directions
  • Step 1 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
  • Step 2 These will keep in fridge for up to a week & will continue to pickle, creating the perfect addition to your salads or burger toppings.
