Ingredients
- Pizza Crust Mix:
- Almond Flour Pizza Crust Mix (I use Simple Mills)
- Apple Cider Vinegar (Bragg's)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Toppings:
- Asparagus (chopped)
- Red Onion (sliced)
- Dairy-free cheese of choice (I use Miyoko's)
- Spinach
- Arugula
- Radish Leaf Pesto (See Recipe)
- Sea salt
- Olive oil
Directions
- Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step 2 2. Oil a large baking tray.
- Step 3 3. Prepare dough, by combining the ACV, Olive oil & Simple Mills pizza crust mix in a large bowl.
- Step 4 4. Once mixture reaches a dough like consistency, roll into one large ball.
- Step 5 5. Roll out to create the crust shape you desire, leaving a 1/2 inch rim shape at edges of pizza. Coating your hands with a little olive oil will help to avoid dough from sticking to your hands.
- Step 6 6. Bake crust for 5 minutes without toppings.
- Step 7 7. Remove from oven, add sauce and layer the toppings.
- Step 8 8. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Step 9 9. Remove from oven, drizzle with some olive oil, a sprinkle of sea salt, slice and enjoy!
