Ingredients
- 1 tsp raw moringa powder
- 2 tbsp collagen hydrosylate (I use Great Lakes brand)
- Handful of raw spinach
- Handful blueberries
- 1 pitted date
- 1 frozen avocado cube
- 1 cup Almond milk
Directions
- Step 1 1. Combine all ingredients into a blender.
- Step 2 2. Blend for 20 seconds and enjoy!
