Another week, another food prep. True story, Monday kinda wipes me out….grocery haul + food prep for two, laundry, client protocols, and prepping for the work week. But time and time again, I open that fridge, and have foundations for quick, clean and nutrient dense meals to carry me through. It’s an effort, but it gives me so much in return. And I’m grateful for all the tasks and the ability to physically and mentally act on them.
[WHAT HELPS]
As soon as I get home from a grocery haul, I wash, cut and prep before putting food away. That way, the dirty work is out of the way, it’s mostly ready to be used and not as likely to go to waste.
