Tuna Avocado Nori Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 Packet Organic sushi Nori sheets
- 1-2 avocados
- 1 Jar or 2 cans wild-caught tuna
- 3 tbsp paleo mayo
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 chopped celery stalk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Step 1 1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Step 2 2. Lay your nori sheet flat on cutting board.
- Step 3 3. Fill about 2 large spoonfuls of tuna salad down the middle of your nori sheet.
- Step 4 4. Top with avocado slices.
- Step 5 5. Tightly roll your nori wrap.
- Step 6 6. Slice diagonally down the middle, and plate.
