Ingredients
- 2 Wild salmon fillets
- 1 lb asparagus
- 4 fresh lemon slices
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Sprinkle of black pepper
Directions
- Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 400F.
- Step 2 2. Trim off asparagus ends, discard ends.
- Step 3 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. (optional)
- Step 4 4. Place asparagus on one side of sheet, and salmon filets on opposite side, skin side down.
- Step 5 5. Drizzle avocado oil over both.
- Step 6 6. Season asparagus & salmon with sea salt & pepper. Then add some garlic powder to the salmon.
- Step 7 7. Top salmon filets with lemon slices, and toss the asparagus to coat well.
- Step 8 8. Bake for 12-15 minutes. (Thinner filets require less cooking time).
