Ingredients
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1 cup almond milk (dairy-free milk of choice)
- 1 tsp honey (optional sweetener)
Directions
- Step 1 Method 1
- Step 2 In a small bowl, add 1 tsp matcha powder.
- Step 3 Heat 1 ounce (about 2 tbsp water), no hotter than 175 degree F.
- Step 4 Add hot water to matcha bowl.
- Step 5 Whisk in circles to collect all clumps, then begin whisking in M or zig-zag motion until combined and smooth.
- Step 6 Fill a glass with ice, and almond milk about 75% filled.
- Step 7 Pour in matcha blend, stir with straw/spoon, and sip away.

- Step 10 Serve over ice.
