Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp matcha tea powder
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Directions

Step 1
Add coconut milk, chia seeds, matcha powder & honey (optional sweetener) to a lock tight container or mason jar.

Step 2
Mix immediately with a fork until well combined. Let sit for a few minutes. The chia seeds will starts to plump up.

Step 3
Using a fork mix well once more. Store in fridge overnight

Step 4
Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy this thick and creamy goodness, full of antioxidants, healthy fats, omega-3s and fiber.
