Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 knob of ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos + more to taste
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil + more to taste
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 bag coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage (9-10 oz bag)
- Optional topping: Green onion
Directions
- Step 1 1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic & ginger and saute until fragrant.
- Step 2 Add the coconut aminos, sesame oil and ground pork. Cook until the meat is browned/cooked through.
- Step 3 2. Add the coleslaw. Toss to combine.
- Step 4 3. Cook until the veggies are tender. Add in more coconut aminos and sesame oil if desired.
- Step 5 4. Serve in your favorite bowl as-is, over kelp noodles, rice, cauliflower rice, salad, top with green onions and enjoy!
