Easy Soy-free Beef Bulgogi

Ingredients
- 1lb. thinly sliced sirloin or ribeye
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 2-3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh garlic
- 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
Directions
- Step 1 Finely Chop green onions, mince garlic and grate ginger.
- Step 2 In a large bowl add coconut aminos, greens onions, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, honey & rice vinegar. Then add the sirloin and massage until all is well combined.
- Step 3 Marinate meat for 2-4 hours or overnight.
- Step 4 Place the bulgogi in a high hot pan and do not move it around for at least 2-4 minutes, allowing the meat to crisp a bit.
- Step 5 After about 4 minutes, flip the bulgogi and mix around. Let sit again for another 4-5 minutes or until the meat is slightly crispy and fully cooked.
