Ingredients
- 3 mini cucumbers
- grated
- 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp dry dill
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Drizzle of quality EVOO (roughly 2 Tbsp or to taste)
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Directions
- Step 1 1. Grate cucumber over bowl with strainer to strain the cucumber juice. Either discard cucumber juice or drink up as a refreshing beverage.
- Step 2 2. Add all ingredients to a container and mix together until fully combined. Use as Veggie dip, salad dressing, pita appetizer dip or over warm bowls!
