Ingredients
- 4-5 Organic carrots, peeled/shaved into ribbons
- 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
- Couple big pinches of sea salt
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 tsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- Optional Topping at serving: Sesame seeds
Directions
- Step 1 Peel the outer layer of carrots and discard.
- Step 2 Shave/Peel carrots into ribbon-like strips.
- Step 3 In a large bowl, combine carrot ribbons & remaining ingredients.
- Step 4 Mix to coat evenly.
