Ingredients
- 3 cans tuna, packed in water
- ¾ cup - desired consistency primal kitchen mayo
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion (if using)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup pimento olives, sliced (optional)
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Directions
- Step 1 1. Drain the tuna
- Step 2 2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well
- Step 3 3. Add salt to taste
- Step 4 4. Store in fridge for up to a week
