Turmeric Croc Pot Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tbsp Dired Oregano
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper (optional, omit for AIP version)
- 1 Organic pastured-raised rib rack
Directions
- Step 1 1. Prepare your dry rub, by combining the seasonings into a small bowl. Set aside.
- Step 2 2. Rinse your rib rack with cold water.
- Step 3 3. Pat dry the rib rack & cut into 3-4 sections.
- Step 4 4. Using your hands, coat the ribs entirely with the dry rub.
- Step 5 5. Place the ribs into your crock pot, making sure to overlap the ribs and not stack them directly on top of each other.
- Step 6 6. Cook on low for 6 hours.
