Cucumber Yogurt Soup with Dill

Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 pint air-free yogurt (I used Kite Hill, plain almond yogurt)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
Directions
- Step 1 1. Peel cucumbers, chop roughly, and blend in a high speed blender. (Or chopped finely).
- Step 2 2. Poor cucumber blend into a large bowl with remaining ingredients.
- Step 3 3. Mix well and serve very cold, garnished with fresh dill and maybe some cucumbers.
- Step 4 This is a great appetizer to accompany a crudite or cheese platter at your next dinner party.
