Honey Garlic Baked Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 lb organic chicken wings
- 1/4 cup raw organic honey
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
- Step 1 1. Preheat your oven to 400 F.
- Step 2 2. Dry out wings with a paper towel.
- Step 3 3. Lay wings out onto large baking sheet.
- Step 4 4. Season with Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Step 5 5. Bake the wings for about 45 minutes, turning once midway.
- Step 6 6. In a bowl, combine the honey, ghee, coconut aminos, garlic, lime juice, and turmeric. stir until well combined.
- Step 7 7. Remove the wings from the over and place into a large bowl.
- Step 8 8. Pour the sauce over the wings and stir until all are coated nicely.
- Step 9 9. Place back onto baking sheet (pouring any leftover sauce over wings)
- Step 10 10. Bake wings for another 8-10 minutes.
- Step 11 Serve with fresh lime wedges and mint leaves as a garnish. Enjoy!
