Honey Garlic Baked Chicken

Ingredients
  • 1 lb organic chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup raw organic honey
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Directions
  • Step 1 1. Preheat your oven to 400 F.
  • Step 2 2. Dry out wings with a paper towel.
  • Step 3 3. Lay wings out onto large baking sheet.
  • Step 4 4. Season with Salt & Pepper to taste.
  • Step 5 5. Bake the wings for about 45 minutes, turning once midway.
  • Step 6 6. In a bowl, combine the honey, ghee, coconut aminos, garlic, lime juice, and turmeric. stir until well combined.
  • Step 7 7. Remove the wings from the over and place into a large bowl.
  • Step 8 8. Pour the sauce over the wings and stir until all are coated nicely.
  • Step 9 9. Place back onto baking sheet (pouring any leftover sauce over wings)
  • Step 10 10. Bake wings for another 8-10 minutes.
  • Step 11 Serve with fresh lime wedges and mint leaves as a garnish. Enjoy!
