HOW & WHEN to dry brush properly
Starting at your feet, brush in an upward motion, working your way up to your neck, always brushing towards your heart. Your back the only exception, in which you would want to brush from the neck down to the lower back. Most will tell you to brush before your shower, but truthfully you can brush whenever it feels right for YOU. I brush first thing in the morning, and right after a shower. It takes about 5 minutes for your whole body. It’s nice to start the day actively doing something for YOU and your health, that only takes 5 minutes.
