Ingredients
- 3 small haas avocados (halved, pitted, peeled)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 banana (optional)
Directions
- Step 1 1. Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth.
- Step 2 2. Pour mixture into an 8 inch loaf pan.
- Step 3 3. Freeze for 4 hours.
- Step 4 4. Scoop and serve with garnish of choice (Fresh mint leaves, coconut flakes, dark chocolate shavings)
