What an honor to be featured in Natural Awakenings October Issue!!!

The creation and backbone of HKHL stems from my personal experience with Autoimmune Diagnosis, and the immense confusion attached. Through my journey I discovered the power of proper nutrition and treating the root cause, versus treating the symptom. I also discovered my passion in helping others navigate through their own confusing health obstacles. The goal of HKHL is to provide quality (not trendy) information, and help others find their way back to health. This collaboration is another step towards raising awareness for not just Autoimmune disease, but for taking control of our health! I thank everyone who has supported my journey and my vision.
