Ingredients
- 1 large egg (pasture raised)
- 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice or Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Step 1 Add all ingredients to a large container or jar.(Immersion blender works best here, but you can use a whisk as well).
- Step 2 Mix until completely blended and you’ve reached a think and creamy consistency.
- Step 3 Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
