Ingredients
- 1 large egg (pasture raised)
- 1 1/2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cups olive oil, divided
Directions
- Step 1 1. Combine egg yolk, lemon juice, vinegar and salt in a medium sized bowl or mason jar.
- Step 2 2. Mix until completely blended.
- Step 3 3. Add in 1/4 cup of the olive oil to your mixture, and keep mixing.
- Step 4 4. Add in another 1/4 cup of olive oil, mixing constantly.
- Step 5 5. Add in remaining olive oil oil, while whisking until mayonnaise is thick.
- Step 6 6. Store in refrigerator.
