Japanese Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
- 1 large organic Japanese sweet potato
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1-2 tbsp Avocado oil
Directions
- Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Step 2 2. Peel and cut potato into long french fry-like pieces
- Step 3 place on large baking tray, lined with parchment paper.
- Step 4 3. Using your hands, toss fries in avocado oil & sea salt, coating well.
- Step 5 4. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Step 6 5. Remove from oven, toss, place back into oven for another 10 minutes.
- Step 7 6. Once more, remove from oven, toss and place back into oven for 8 minutes or until the fries are browned and crispy.
