Butter Mashed Eggs

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2-4 tbsp Grass-fed butter
- Sea salt
- Black pepper (optional)
Directions
- Step 1 1. Bring water to a boil with enough water to cover the eggs, but only bring the water to a boil, and add the eggs later.
- Step 2 2. While water is coming to a boil, prepare a bowl with ice water.
- Step 3 3. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and using a skimmer or large spoon, carefully place the eggs in the water.
- Step 4 4. Turn the heat right back up to a boil, and set your timer for 8 minutes.
- Step 5 5. Immediately remove from water and place in ice water bath to stop them from cooking.
- Step 6 6. Peel off the egg shell and add eggs to a large mug.
- Step 7 7. Using a knife, start slicing up the eggs. Add in 1-2 tbsp butter, sprinkle of sea salt & pepper, and continue to mash up.
- Step 8 8. Feel free to add more butter, and continue to mashed up until you reach a chunky & creamy consistency.
- Step 9 9. Top your favorite toast or just eat right out of the mug!
