Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp honey
Directions
- Step 1 Add chia seeds, coconut milk & honey (optional sweetener) to a lock tight container or mason jar.
- Step 2 Mix immediately with a fork until well combined. Let sit for a few minutes. The chia seeds will starts to plump up.
- Step 3 Using a fork mix well once more. Store in fridge overnight
- Step 4 Top with your favorite fruit and enjoy this thick and creamy goodness, full of healthy fats, omega-3s and fiber.
