Bacon Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp melted ghee
- Sea salt and pepper
- 4-6 bacon slices, diced
Directions
- Step 1 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2 2. Cut off the ends and discard.
- Step 3 3. Cut sprouts in halves (keep any of the outer leaves that comes loose, store them in container in fridge, to use for easy crunchy salads).
- Step 4 3. In a medium sized bowl, coat sprouts in melted ghee, sea salt and pepper.
- Step 5 4. Pour sprouts onto baking sheet.
- Step 6 5. Chop bacon slices and sprinkle over the sprouts.
- Step 7 6. Bake for 10 min, remove & toss, bake another 10 min, remove & toss, bake for 8 more minutes. (Optional: drizzle 1 tsp maple syrup before returning to over for the last 8 min)
