Ingredients
- 1 lb. of frozen raspberries
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1/2 cup of honey
- 2 tsp. grass fed gelatin
Directions
- Step 1 1. In a sauce pan over medium-high heat, stir in berries and lemon juice.
- Step 2 2. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Step 3 3. Add the honey, stir and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Step 4 4. Continue cooking for about 10 minutes, add gelatin and dissolve completely.
- Step 5 5. Mixture will thicken into a jam-like consistency as it cools.
