Quick Air-Fryer Sirloin w/Garlic Butter

Ingredients
- 2 (8-10 ounce sirloin steaks)
- Sea salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 4 tbsp real butter, softened
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
- Step 1 Allow the steak to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Step 2 Meanwhile, mash together the butter, parsley and garlic in a small bowl until well combined.
- Step 3 Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- Step 4 Season the steaks on both sides with a generous amount of salt & black pepper.
- Step 5 Place the steak into the air fryer basket and cook until desired doneness (about 8-10 min for medium rare) (10-12 min for medium) (12-15 min for well-done)
- Step 6 Transfer steak to a cutting board and let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Step 7 Slice the steak against the grain into 1/4-inch thick pieces. Top with the garlic herb butter.
