Ingredients
- 2 scoops grass-fed whey protein powder
- 1-2 cups Almond milk
- 1 tbsp pastured beef collagen
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp raw moringa powder
- 1 tsp bee pollen powder
- Handful of raw spinach
- 4 ice cubes
Directions
