Ingredients
  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • ¼ cup golden flaxmeal
  • ¼ tsp celtic sea salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
  • Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2 2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda.
  • Step 3 3. Add in eggs, oil honey & vinegar
  • Step 4 4. Transfer batter to a greased 7.5 x 3.5 loaf pan
  • Step 5 5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
  • Step 6 6. Cool in the pan for 2 hours
  • Step 7 7. Serve
