Ingredients
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- ¼ cup golden flaxmeal
- ¼ tsp celtic sea salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 5 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
- Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step 2 2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt and baking soda.
- Step 3 3. Add in eggs, oil honey & vinegar
- Step 4 4. Transfer batter to a greased 7.5 x 3.5 loaf pan
- Step 5 5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
- Step 6 6. Cool in the pan for 2 hours
- Step 7 7. Serve
