Ingredients
  • 2 cups raw organic almonds
  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 organic pitted dates
Directions
  • Step 1 1. Soak almonds in 1 cup of filtered water overnight in fridge.
  • Step 2 2. Strain the nuts.
  • Step 3 3. Add nuts, filtered water, cinnamon & pitted dates to your blender.
  • Step 4 4. Blend and store in large mason jar/bottle.
  • Step 5 5. Shake before drinking.
  • Step 6 Keeps in fridge for about 3-4 days.
