Ingredients
- 2 cups raw organic almonds
- 4 cups filtered water
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 organic pitted dates
Directions
- Step 1 1. Soak almonds in 1 cup of filtered water overnight in fridge.
- Step 2 2. Strain the nuts.
- Step 3 3. Add nuts, filtered water, cinnamon & pitted dates to your blender.
- Step 4 4. Blend and store in large mason jar/bottle.
- Step 5 5. Shake before drinking.
- Step 6 Keeps in fridge for about 3-4 days.
