Apple Marinated Salmon Fillets

Ingredients
- 4 wild salmon filets
- 1 1/2 cups organic apple juice
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 3 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh or dries dill
Directions
- Step 1 1. In a large bowl, combine the apple juice, dijon mustard, coconut aminos, and ginger.
- Step 2 2. Place salmon filets in bowl and marinate for 6 hours or overnight.
- Step 3 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and place the marinated salmon filets on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Step 4 4. Sprinkle with fresh dill pieces and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Step 5 5. Broil for 2-4 minutes, then remove.
