Quick Garlic Butter Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 packet Organic red lentil spaghetti pasta (or pasta noodles of choice)
- 4-6 tbsp Grass-fed butter
- 4 cloves Chopped garlic
- 1/3 cup Fresh chopped parsley
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
- Optional Topping: Grated raw milk parmesan
Directions
- Step 1 NOTE: Sauce portions are for 1 serving, and the pasta is usually for 4 servings. So if you are preparing for 4, then simply multiply the sauce ingredients by 4.
- Step 2 1. Boil pasta according to instructions on pasta box.
- Step 3 2. While pasta is cooking, chop up garlic, parsley, set aside.
- Step 4 3. Warm two tbsp butter on stovetop over low-medium heat.
- Step 5 4. Add in garlic, parsley, sea salt, and pepper (haute for about 1 minute).
- Step 6 5. Add two or more tbsp butter, stir to combine.
- Step 7 6. Add cooked & drained pasts noodles to pan, toss to combine well.
- Step 8 7. Serve with freshly grated par (if using)
