WHAT is Castor Oil?

Castor oil is a vegetable oil that comes from castor beans. It’s made by extracting the oil from the seeds of the Ricinus Communis Plant. These seeds are known to contain a toxic enzyme called ricin. But not to worry, as the heating process that castor oil undergoes during production, deactivates the ricin, allowing the oil to be used safely.

Castor Oil Packs are an easy home therapy that uses castor oil topically (on the skin) combined with applied heat. This can be done on a regular basis to improve your lymphatic drainage, detoxify the body, strengthen the immune system, decrease inflammation, and improve bowel movements.
