Ingredients
- 2 apples
- Some raisins
- 1 tbsp nuts (your choice, I use chopped almonds)
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Sprinkle of Salt
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- Coconut Yogurt or Whipped Coconut cream (optional topping)
Directions
- Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step 2 2. Slice the top off your apple
- Step 3 3. Carve out the core, leaving some flesh in the bottom of the apple.
- Step 4 4. Fill the center of the apple with its and raisins.
- Step 5 5. Add maple syrup & ghee
- Step 6 6. Sprinkle with some sea salt and cinnamon.
- Step 7 7. Bake for 35 – 40 min.
- Step 8 8. Top with Coconut whipped cream or Coconut yogurt.
