Ingredients
  • 2 apples
  • Some raisins
  • 1 tbsp nuts (your choice, I use chopped almonds)
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Sprinkle of Salt
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon
  • Coconut Yogurt or Whipped Coconut cream (optional topping)
Directions
  • Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2 2. Slice the top off your apple
  • Step 3 3. Carve out the core, leaving some flesh in the bottom of the apple.
  • Step 4 4. Fill the center of the apple with its and raisins.
  • Step 5 5. Add maple syrup & ghee
  • Step 6 6. Sprinkle with some sea salt and cinnamon.
  • Step 7 7. Bake for 35 – 40 min.
  • Step 8 8. Top with Coconut whipped cream or Coconut yogurt.
