Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup organic almond butter
  • 1/2 cup organic pistachios
  • 1/2 cup organic sesame seeds
  • 6 organic dates (pitted)
  • 1 tbsp organic coconut oil
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes (optional for coating)
Directions
  • Step 1 1. Put all ingredients into your food processor and process until everything is well blended.
  • Step 2 2. Scoop tbsp full scoops and roll into balls with your hands.
  • Step 3 3. Place in a container and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Step 4 4. Prepare a small bowl with about 1/2 cup of the coconut flakes.
  • Step 5 5. Remove from refrigerator and roll each ball into the coconut flakes.
  • Step 6 6. Keep in a closed container in the fridge until ready to enjoy!
