Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, trimmed of thick stems
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves OR 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
- Step 1 Add all ingredients to a food processor. Mix until well combined. Store in fridge.
- Step 2 If not using a food processor, finely chop fresh parsley, & fresh peeled garlic.
- Step 3 Add to a mixing bowl with dried oregano, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, olive oil & apple cider vinegar.
- Step 4 Mix well until all is combined.
- Step 5 Serve immediately or refrigerate. If refrigerated, return to room temperature before serving. Can keep in fridge for up to 3 days.
