Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, trimmed of thick stems
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp fresh oregano leaves OR 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
- Step 1 1. Finely chop the parsley, fresh oregano, and garlic, then place in a small bowl.
- Step 2 2 Stir in the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Step 3 3. Serve immediately or refrigerate. If refrigerated, return to room temperature before serving. Can keep in fridge for 1-2 days.
