Open-Faced Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients
- 1 Jar or 2 cans wild-caught tuna
- 3 tbsp paleo mayo
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/3 cup chopped red onion
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 chopped celery stalk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Step 1 1. Toast your grain-free bread of choice (I like AWG Bakery’s Everyday Loaf)
- Step 2 2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Step 3 3. Pour tuna salad over your toasted bread slices and enjoy! I like to add slices of avocado for that extra good fat.
- Step 4 You could use half the tuna salad in this recipe for open faced sandwiches and the other half as an Avocado Tuna Nori Wrap to switch it up! Check out recipe and video HERE.
