Quick Grain-Free Croutons
Ingredients
- 1-2 cups cubed grain-free bread
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Step 2 2. Cube your bread into equal sized cubes (as equal as possible)
- Step 3 3. In a large bowl, toss the bread cubes in the olive oil, tossing to coat well.
- Step 4 4. Add the garlic powder and salt, and combine until bread cubes are well coated.
- Step 5 5. On a parchment line baking sheet, spread the bread cubes into an even layer.
- Step 6 6. Make sure you leave some room in between the cubes.
- Step 7 7. Bake for 10 minutes, or until browning and crisp.
