Ingredients
- 2 pounds Parsnips (cut in halves, then into 1/2 inch strips)
- 1 tbsp. Chopped rosemary
- 1 tbsp. Minced garlic
- 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
- Sea salt + pepper
Directions
- Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Step 2 2. In a bowl, toss together parsnips, rosemary, garlic, oil, cumin, sea salt and pepper.
- Step 3 3. Layout parsnips onto a large baking sheet.
- Step 4 4. Roast for 10 minutes.
- Step 5 5. Using a tong, turn parsnips and roast for 12 more minutes.
