Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Parsnips (cut in halves, then into 1/2 inch strips)
  • 1 tbsp. Chopped rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
  • Sea salt + pepper
Directions
  • Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  • Step 2 2. In a bowl, toss together parsnips, rosemary, garlic, oil, cumin, sea salt and pepper.
  • Step 3 3. Layout parsnips onto a large baking sheet.
  • Step 4 4. Roast for 10 minutes.
  • Step 5 5. Using a tong, turn parsnips and roast for 12 more minutes.
