Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 scallions
  • 2 tsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp frech grated ginger
  • Seal Salt, to taste
  • 4 cups bone broth
  • 1 packets of Kelp noodles
  • 1-2 cups spinach
Directions
  • Step 1 1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • Step 2 2. In a medium bowl, combine pork, scallions, coconut aminos, sesame oil, ginger. Mix everything together.
  • Step 3 3. Roll the meat into balls.
  • Step 4 4. Arrange the meatballs on the baking sheet.
  • Step 5 5. Bake for 20 minutes or until completely cooked through, then set aside.
  • Step 6 6. In a sauce pan, warm up the bone broth and add in the kelp noodles and spinach.
  • Step 7 7. Add in the meatballs and cook on medium heat for about 6 min.
  • Step 8 8. Serve in bowls, garnish with some chopped scallions.
