Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber (diced)
  • 2 small avocados (diced)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 cans of tuna
  • 2 Tbsp Paleo Mayo
  • Salt + Pepper to taste
Directions
  • Step 1 1. In a large bowl, mix the diced cucumber, avocado and lemon juice.
  • Step 2 2. In a separate bowl, mix drained tuna with mayo.
  • Step 3 3. Add the tuna/mayo mix into the large bowl with the diced cucumber and avocado.
  • Step 4 4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 5 5. Serve as a dip with grain-free chips, over mixed greens or over some crispy plantain chips.
