Paleo Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
- 3/4 Cup + 2 tsp Coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 Large egg white
- 4 Tbsp Coconut oil melted
Directions
- Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees, and line to baking sheets with parchment paper
- Step 2 2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, Coconut sugar, salt, cinnamon, egg white, and melted coconut oil.
- Step 3 3. Use your hands to press the mixture together to form two balls.
- Step 4 4. Place one ball between two pieces of parchment paper and roll out until very thin.
- Step 5 5. Using a pizza slicer, cut dough into 1/2 inch squares (doesn’t have to be perfect).
- Step 6 6. Carefully transfer the squares to the prepared sheets.
- Step 7 7. Repeat this step with the second ball.
- Step 8 8. Sprinkle some extra cinnamon and coconut sugar over the squares.
- Step 9 9. Place the trays into the oven for 3 minutes.
- Step 10 10. Let squares cool on pan, then enjoy with your favorite dairy-free milk (almond milk, coconut milk, etc)
